Run/Walk Club & Honour Your Health Challenge: @ Robron Centre: starting January 16th -> Wednesdays 11 am WALKERS + HYHC Salad Bar at 12.15 pm (Open to all NIMA members). Come out and train to walk 5 + 10 KM on trails and street routes. Wednesdays 6 pm RUNNING CLINIC; starting out with 2 min walk -1 min run intervals and work our way up to 10 min running and more! Alt. if no running participants, 2nd WALKERS session MONDAYS 11 am.
